2012 Optomeyes Art Exhibition
Come and see the work of well-known and emerging Tasmanian artists, collaborating in support of the Hobart City Mission. Proceeds from all artworks sold go directly towards work of the Hobart City Mission – caring for those in need throughout the wider Hobart community since 1852. Key Artists: Regular and long term participants include – Roger Murphy, Max Angus, Joan Humble, Richard Bacon, Terrence Gough, Tom Samek and more.

The Exhibition is one of the Hobart City Mission's major fundraising events and all proceeds go directly towards the Mission's range of community support programs. This year, we have 61 participating artists and over 270 artworks, including pieces from artists such as Max Angus, Tom Samek and Richard Bacon. The 2011 Exhibition will be held in Long Gallery and is open to the public 7 - 9th October by gold coin donation.

Landscape painter in oils and gouache and linocut printer. Moved to Hobart, Tasmania in 1984. Studio at the Salamanca Arts Centre, Hobart 1987-95. 1996 to present studio at home.
